FastShip Program – Get Your Order Moving Fast

Same-Day Processing

Orders for FASTSHIP-eligible in-stock items placed Monday–Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays) before 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Delivery Speed

While our FASTSHIP program guarantees fast processing, actual delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

Parcel Shipping

Parcel Shipping

Items less than 150 lbs., are shipped via small parcel carrier.

  • Standard Ground (Typical delivery: 3–5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-Day or Next-Day options available)
Freight Shipping Semi-Truck

Freight Shipping

Items over 150 lbs., are shipping via FedEx Freight. A residential delivery fee will apply to shipments made to residential or rural areas. Residential addresses may also experience some additional delays.

International Shipping

Currently, our FASTSHIP program is only available for U.S. domestic orders. If you require international shipping, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Damage Claims & Missing Items

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition. However, if your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items, follow these steps:

  • Inspect Your Order Immediately – Check for visible damage or missing parts before signing for the delivery.
  • Note Damage on the Carrier’s Delivery Receipt – If there is visible damage, make sure to document it with the delivery driver.
  • Take Photos – Capture images of the damaged product and packaging to support your claim.
  • Contact Us Within 48 Hours – Report any shipping-related issues to our customer service team with order details and supporting photos.

We will work quickly to resolve any shipping issues and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as applicable.
